Provided by YP.comI called them 3-4 times to schedule a gutter cleaning. What they told me was that someone would give me a call. it took them a week for someone to call me just to ask for my address. 2 weeks later, I called them again and they were kinda surprised that no one has called me yet. They told me that someone would give me a call on that day. Again no one called... I called them a day later and told them that no one called me yet.i was transfered to a guy who told me that he would be able to come by my house to do the estimate the day after. I called him the day after. what he told me was that he didn't want the job. It took me 3 weeks to know that they did not want the job.
Dear tammyblackfoot, It is obvious that you feel you were not treated with respect - and rightly so. We pride ourselves on customer service at Pioneer Gutters, so I am sure it is not our company you are referring to. Perhaps you are thinking of another company. A number of people have told me similar stories in the past few months regarding other companies not even returning their calls. We are a real company, not a fly-by-night that works out the back of our truck. In our office, the person that answers the phone is the one that takes all your information such as your address & asks about whatever problems you may be having. She would then set up an appointment with you during this same phone conversation. In our office, your call would never be transferred to "a guy" - and certainly not one that sets his own appointments for gutter cleaning. I also know for a fact that there are only a handful of jobs we have ever turned down - usually due to having no accessibility to the gutters. In addition, we would never take 3 weeks to do a quote for you or anyone else. I believe you have mistaken our company for a different one. If you are still in need of gutter cleaning, you are welcome to call our office & we would be happy to set up an appointment for a free estimate - and I promise it won't take 3 weeks to do it.

Provided by YP.comMy son used to clean my gutters, but he doesn't have time anymore. My neighbor recommended Pioneer Gutter Cleaning. She said she had been using them for over 3 years and was very happy. So I decided to call them. The lady on the phone was very polite & helpful. She sent the owner out to give me a free estimate. The gentleman walked around the house with me and explained what his employees would be doing when they came. He even gave me a copy of his insurance without me asking for it. Since my neighbor had been so happy with them, I decided to go with a yearly contract.
When the crew showed up, they were very polite, friendly and very professional-like. They did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up all the mess that was made. I had no idea there was that much stuff in my gutters. After they had come, the lady called me back to make sure I was satisfied with their service.
I have recommended Pioneer Gutter Cleaning to all of my friends. They do such a terrific job and I will never have to bother my son again about it.
