CONSUMER BEWARE! This is not the Planet Beach to go to. All of their staff is so rude an unfriendly. Me and my girlfriend went here to tan and Mystic Tan and the girl that used to work there that convinced us to go was no longer working there. I got stuck dealing with some super rude girl with dark colored hair, who seemed like she was SO inconvenienced to even help us. She literally just said what room to go to to tan. She didn't explain ANYTHING to my girlfriend on how to do the Mystic Tan (which we needed instructions because is was both of our first times doing it!). All she talked about was her boyfriend was some celebrity and it seemed like everyone in there was aggravated with her and her rude attitude. In total, we spent over $120 to do 2 tanning sessions and 2 spray tans and I regret every penny spent there. A blonde haired lady ( I think it was the owner of the place) came in cursing and telling a very inappropriate story to the girl working the register. Turns out, this place is where all the white trash of Metairie and all the surrounding areas go to tan. I would STRONGLY urge anyone to go somewhere else. There are many PB's in that area that are way better than this one. I would rather go to a smaller tanning place where everybody is friendly rather than go there and have their noses thumbed up at me.
