I had my Rolex ladies watch serviced at this jewelers. I was charged $860 for the service which took over 3 separate visits and a total of 7-8 weeks. The watch still wasn't keeping proper time. Mr. Bradley offered a portion of the service fee of $300 if the could work on the watch one more time. i agreed, but after i picked up the watch and wore it for a few weeks it wasn't running any better, in fact worse, then when i brought it in to be serviced the first time. When i asked Mr. Bradley for the refund he refused. Now i am out $860 and have to find another jeweler and pay for another service..
