Very poor service!! They just try to rip you off !! Called them for an electrician!!! His name was Patrick ! I needed a vacancy inspection for electricity for which he said the new city hall requirements are wire smoke detectors, and he is charging 1200$ for installation of 5, but I installed battery ones for 20$ each(100$ total) and passed the inspection,) also for the inspection he charged me 325$, but when i called his manager the price was 250$. And they are also looking to repair things that are already straight !!! Don't call Stuart !!! It's a total rip off !!!

Will definitely keep the name in my home maintenance file. Scott unclogged two drains and changed out my leaking kitchen faucet. He also pointed out a couple things that maybe needed at a future date, but there was no pressure to add them now. He did give me a price for those items, so I will know when the time comes what the cost will be. Very pleasant and considerate. He arrived at the appointed time and called to let me know he was on the way when he had to go get parts. I had called 3 other plumbers before calling Stuart - none of whom returned my call. With Stuart, a very pleasant woman answered the phone and scheduled the services the next day. This is how it should be done!

Patrick understood my problem, and offered suggestions for a cost effective solution. The appointment was for an estimate. He explained the pricing of the company, the quality control and licensed personnel.

Stuart from Stuart Services did a fantastic job at clearing our clogged shower. We had given up and using this downstairs shower since nothing seemed to unclog this drain. Stuart was friendly, professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to help us with this problem and I would highly recommend both stuart and stuart services. We have used them for over 3 years and remain a loyal customer!

Mr. Scott from Stuart Services was excellent. He was very polite and respectful when first introducing himself and entering our home. He answered all of my questions with integrity and helped us with DIY advice as well. He wasn't just trying to up-sell me on his services which showed me he truly cared about our situation and giving us the best value possible. He fixed our drain issue promptly, explained what he did, and cleaned up after himself leaving no trace he was there other than a fully functioning drain. Very professional and courteous. Scott M. took his time to be sure the job was done right and went the extra mile to be sure the clogged piping was completely cleared before stopping. Additionally he gave me advise on how to prevent the plumbing problem from happening again. Once he was finished, he cleaned up any type of mess that occurred while clearing the plumbing. I have additional work in the future and rest assured Stuart Services will be the service I'll be using.

This is the 1st time I've used this business. I am not pleased with the $49 charge if i am not happy with the repair price. For Kenny, I was very pleased with his politeness and job performance.

Tankless hot water heaters not heating hot enough. Mr. Eddie found that instruction book was printed backwards! He fixed heaters by reversing the order of steps in the manual to increase water temp. Additionally, he inspected units and found they were improperly installed without an isolation valve. This means they cannot be descaled as recommended for preventive maintenance. We really appreciate his first class work and problem-solving! We recently bought the house & have no experience with tankless hot water systems, so he knowledge was extremely helpful! Very professional, punctual. Got right to the problem and repaired it. Awesome Job!!!

Great service. The company called about 30 minutes before to let me know the technician was on the way. Once Chris showed up he took the time to explain everything to me. He quickly diagnosed the problem, conducted the necessary service, and arranged for Kendall to come by to install a necessary part. Kendall showed up about an hour later and finished the job. These guys were both extremely professional and competent. I am very satisfied with Stuart Services and their personnel.

Both Kenny and Scott were totally professional and offered helpful tips and other information which allowed us to make the best decision. This is our second time using Stuart and we will continue to us them.
