I have never been here myself but my husband was there twice. I called to bring in our sick dog. Told we had a balance and she would have the office call me to straighten it out. They didn't call so I called today. Checked and our balance was zero as I stated earlier. I asked if I could bring in my sick dog & she said they wrote us off as clients. I asked why. She said because it took too long to pay our bill which did take a few months to pay off. But it also said because we were rude. Told her I had never been in there before so how could I be rude? My husband had only been there 2 times and never had a problem. He joked around with the people and it went well. WOW talk about some flakey people. This place blew my mind so BEWARE. I didn't even get rude on the phone regarding my false balance. How dare they! Maybe I should make my first visit to them and just pop in to show them what rude actually is. Then again why show ignorance because they did?

Great Vet. and yes he is compassionate, affordable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
