I just recently moved to the area and have not been to a dentist in years. I have been very embarrassed with my teeth and was nervous to come to the dentist. The first time I called to set up the appointment the girl I was speaking with made me feel instantly comfortable like I was talking to an old friend. Showing up to the appointment I was still a little nervous but the girls up front made me feel so much better and were so warm and welcoming. I even had a good experience out back with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. The Dr. took her time to explain what needed to be done and what my options were. I have never felt so welcomed at a dental office before. I am happy to say that I have found my forever home and although I do need a lot of work done I am looking forward to getting my confidence back because of them. I will recommend to everyone I know.

This was my first appointment I was looking for a new dentist a friend recommended Gentle Dental in Methuen she raved about the office and how wonderful they were I was a little skeptic until I went to my very first appointment and I couldn't believe how comfortable they made me feel there was no judgement whatsoever they showed me away financially how I can save my teeth and I was very very happy with the staff the assistance but especially the doctor I will highly recommend to everybody I know.

From the first phone call to book an appointment to be a new patient to the first time I walked through the doors to seeing my new dentist I was made to feel not only comfortable and important they made me feel like I was always apart of their family. No overwhelming prices never made to feel like my teeth were in really bad shape even though they are they just let me know not only can they be repaired but they helped me with finances that made it possible for me to get the work started. I will tell everyone I know about Gentle Dental and if you are looking for a new dentist or just a change I highly recommend this office.

This office practices insurance FRAUD!!! They double bill insurance and patients, damage teeth insuring that they will have job stability in fixing their own messes...DO NOT GO HERE!!

Came to my appointment only to find out that they had cancelled it without notifying me. The receptionist explained that if they called three times and didn't get a call back then they automatically cancel it. The voicemails left were reminders of the appointment, so why would I think to call back? I received no apology from the staff. After realizing how unprofessional and unorganized this place is, I won't be returning.
