I was stuck in Lowell, MA. No taxi wanted to pick me up, I was on Merrimack St, in Lowell. Waited 2.5 hours. Found this cab, they said yes they will pick me up. The lady call me and told me in .20/.25 minutes she will be there. I was crying, I didn’t know how I was going to get home. Since 5 cabs including the Lowell cab refuse to pick me up. This cab I will cab at all times, professionalism and pride in the job you choose is a must for me.

Horrible service, not one person can speak English, they tell you they will be there in 10 minutes and 45 minutes go by and when you call back all they say is its on the way and hang up on you. They have no idea how to run a business or treat the people who are paying their salaries. Absolutely ridiculous.
