Rayner's delivered and replaced my GE microwave oven. Their two delivery men, Miguel and Jefferson - both courteous and polite,arrived on time, quickly and efficiently removed the old unit, took care of the replacement, and cleaned up the debris from the carton before they left. They did an excellent job!
I would recommend Rayner's and use their service again.

Bad service, rude and unprofessional (and that is the management running the business).
They outsource to 3rd party company that now has all your personal info (address / phone#)
For a company located in Methuen MA, they can't manage a transportation/delivery in New England weather.
Lost several days from work due to their mismanagement / lack of ability to schedule deliveries accordingly....

They came to deliver a refrigerator to my house 3 times... 1st time there was two huge dents in the door. We refused deliver. The two men couldn't be bothered they were an hour past the delivery window and didn't seem to care about that either. The second time the delivery guys were on time and professional and seemed to know what they were doing but again this time it looked like the refrigerator was damaged during the loading... like a forklift was driven in to the front of it... the 3rd time we were promised "white glove service"... best service possible. The guys didn't call they just showed up. The guys refused to deliver the refrigerator due to it going to the second floor. They said they would just leave it in the drive way and we can deal with it... My husband wanted to talk to their boss and they gave them a fake #.. then started swearing in English and in Spanish infront of our kids.. they then tossed the refrigerator back on the truck and took off.. this is the worst company ever!!!

Bought my appliances from Home Depot and this company delivered my appliances. They arrived on time, were very professional. Would use them again!
