So, the food is really good and the waitstaff that we've had on our visits have been excellent. But, the regular bartender who's been there through several owner changes is not the friendliest person, unless you're one of her regulars. And most of her drinks are average, some are terrible. Not much different than getting them from a untrained bartender at a house party. The last time we went there was another bartender working, Ms warmth was out on leave, and she was exceptional. Very warm and outgoing and made a great drink. Probably wouldn't order a drink if Ms Warmth was behind the bar, but would sit at the bar if Ms charming was there. The other issue would be the owners. The wife is a beastly person. I can't imagine working for her, she's very harsh and abrasive when talking to her employees and even a few patrons. Again, the food was good and the service in the dining room was great. The bar depended on who was working. It's a pretty casual place, but I can see it spiffed up for a function quite nicely.
