Tenney Grammer School is one of the Methuen Public Schools. It enrolls more than 1,350 students in preschool through grade eight and is located in Methuen, Mass. It provides a safe and nurturing learning environment for students who apply problem-solving strategies learned through written, oral and experiential applications in the classroom. The core curricular subjects include language arts, mathematics, social studies and science. The school provides more than 25 computers in its media center. Its teachers and parent collaborate with community agencies to develop and implement an integrated educational program for all students. Tenney Grammer School encourages all students to participate in extracurricular activities, such as its band and student council and sports, such as basketball, volleyball and softball.
