I don't understand all the bad reviews.. I get my nails done here once a month, sometimes more. Every time they address me the second I walk in, regardless if it's busy our not. I usually get gel polish because it lasts long and dries quickly. Things are clean and organized, the staff is always nice and happy. As I type this review there is a good amount of people here, including a man and his wifey.

Oh,the prices are decent too, overall I am a happy customer.

Went to White Lotus Nails - we not have an appt. I asked if they could take myself and a friend for mani/pedi.. Sure they said.. Go over and pick your nail color... so we did... when pedi was done and nail tech was working on mani, she said.. "I have an appointment... you will have to come back later.... "we left with just pedicure and our fingernails filed but not painted or buffed .. and we were still charged full price for both services.;..;. Let me tell you NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. My first time there and now my last.. Sorry for the rant.... I complained, but owner said... "you had nails filed... you pay full price...!" Shoddy service...and in my opinion the owner could care less. If they could not accomodate us, they should have told us upfront.. period.. We would have found another salon that could. Instead we paid full price for services not received..... SO IN MY HONEST OPINION... FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON!!!!

Unsanitary nail salon .they reuse pumice stones and don't sterilize the cutters and nail tools.. This place location may be convenient but they are definitely always rushing for money. I came in to get a Mani pedi and had an appointment and they rushed me out after my pedicure was done in 20 minutes with sloppy paint job and said, can you come back were busy. I had an appointment! This is so unprofessional.
