Simply good service!
This was a great move, everything could not have gone more smoothly. The movers arrived right on time and were incredibly nice and professional. Everything was done in exactly the given window, with the team communicating with me every step of the way. The customer service leading up to, during and following the move were also exceptional. Very communicative and supportive. Awesome!

I moved my place with Traditional Van Lines out of Boston in early July. The thing is, I didn't have an apartment at the moment and had to stay at my parents' house in Brooklyn until we could find a place for me. The company offered me up to 60 days of storage for free! I thought there would be a catch but there wasn't - and they delivered everything on time we agreed upon. Now I'm done with moving and enjoying my place in Astoria. Yay!

My biggest fear when moving out was that the price will change on the day of the move - I've heard those stories, you know. Ross the sales guy assured me that if I told him about everything I'm moving, there won't be any discrepancies. So I took my chances and went with it. You can imagine how the price changed judging by the amount of stars I'm giving. Great job, Traditional!

A 5-star company from a start to finish - sales representative to movers to customer service. Had to change the date of the pickup almost last moment because I had to fly out for work purposes - and Traditional accommodated the changes with no extra charges. P.S. Elvin's the man!

A very professional company with a thorough approach. They scanned each single item using a bar-code system which I've never seen a moving company do despite moving many times in my life. Do not hesitate hiring them - surprisingly, they actually make moving easier.

So good! I had my fathers memorabilia that I needed to move to Austin from Albany. They had everything shipped with the utmost care and highest professionalism. Traditional Express, I am grateful.

My girlfreind Jeanette and I just moved out here to Pasadena from Brooklyn, and it went nice and smooth. The salesman I worked with, Blake, gave me his cell phone, and did not get bothered that Jeanette was nervous and wanted us to keep calling. All in all the move was great. I paid $2100, and tipped the guys $200 on top.

We hired these guys after getting back dozens of quotes from other companies.These guys were amazing and most of all they were all in sync and worked well as a team. Super careful, fast and professional.
I ended up paying less which lead to a better tip for the fantastic crew. Ask for Louis and John because from our personal experience they are very skilled and quick on their feet.
