This property is so well taken care of. The staff is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. When something needs to be fixed, they get right on it. I agree with Essie B, there aren't criminals hanging around. And they exterminate on a regular basis, so no bugs!

This is a great place to live!

I've lived here for 4 yrs and never had a problem with thief, drugs abusers, and never seen a roach. The apts. are well kept inside and out. I don't know if this person is talking about the apt. that I'm now living in but I never had a problem. If they have roaches maybe they brought them with them, there is several law officers that live on site. no one has broke in any apt here. If you have problems with management then you might pack up your pets( roaches) and move on.

Watch your property! Matter of fact, install hidden cameras in your apartments. Lots of break ins, car theft. Lots of drug abusers too. The place is roach infested. I wonder when was the last time they did pest termination. The place looks good from the outside, they make extreme effort in maintaining the groubds, but the units are despicable. High move-out rate too. The units are noisy and lots of police calls either for loud music, domestic issues or drug problems. The apartment staff are rude and condescending. They give you that feel guilty look. It should be a feel at home look. The place is not worth the money you pay on rent. Look elsewhere.
