Just a comment on the kellstar review. If you had an extended warranty, why take it to a local shop?



I have taken a tv here several years ago and they were inexpensive and finished when they said. I was just looking up the number again so I can drop another piece off and I noticed the review. Seems off to me.

the worst service ever, showed up at my house looked at my tv and told me they were goin to take it to their shop, when asked how long they said 5 days thats been over 3 weeks now and nothing, they wont return phone calls they technically stole my tv, im just so glad i had an extended warranty on it. it was a 42 in. plasma sanyo tv my birthday present from my fience. the star is because it wont let me submit without one otherwise i would give them none
