Audrain City County Health Unit provides public health services to residents of Audrain County and the state of Missouri. The health center offers birth certificates to people born in the state of Missouri from 1920 to present and death certificates to people who have died in the state of Missouri from 1980 to present. Its blood pressure screening service is supported by the United Way of Audrain County and is provided at the health unit every Thursday free of charge. The health center provides a full-range of home health and hospice services throughout its service area including the counties of Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls and Randolph. Audrain City County Health Unit also offers supplemental food program, family planning, pregnancy tests, and speech and language services.
