Had old gas range, no light oven (with pilot). Called and was directed "over the phone" what to do to troubleshoot. After several minutes, with direct advice all along, got to the problem and solved it. Didn't have to do this, but was just "STELLAR" as usual. Saved me $$$$ and was fabulous gesture too! Great to deal with !!

No matter what our appliance problem, he has been so reliable and so prompt with his service. We highly recommend him.

We were having a problem with one of the refrigerators that we own, called him to find out pricing. He was so helpful and gave such good advice that he didn't need to come out. I really appreciated that he didn't waste his time or our money.
