My husband and it went to the Granger Christmas Tree farm and pumpkin patch in early October 2016. While there, my husband key clip with our rental car keys on it came loose and we didn't realize it until we got home that the keys were really gone, as I had a set of them. When we arrived home and truly realized that he had lost the keys, we called Granger Christmas tree farm and pumpkin patch. They were kind and understanding and said that they would contact us if they were found. Within 24 hours we received the call saying that they keys had been found! Because we were quite q distance from the tree farm, I questioned whether they could be mailed to us and offered to send money for the shipping, to which the gentleman replied, "That won't be necessary. We will just pay to send them!" The graciousness of these people saved us over four hours of driving, and several hundred dollars "Lost Key Charges!" These are awesome people and a very enjoyable place to spend a day! The children LOVED it, and so did Grandma, Grandpa, and Mom! Thank you for the wonderful experience and awesome customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
