Very disappointed with this business. Took family member for nails. 3 staff working. Told no problem, we can do. Wait until we are walking in door to tell us sorry unable to do and to come back the next day. Would have understood if told initially but why wait till everyone is out of car and ready to walk in. Elderly family members find it hard to get in and out of car especially when the summer temps are over a 100 degrees. Basic customer service would have saved the day!! Only gave one star to be able to post.
