We attempted to add two more people to our reservation and the style of engagement (not normal for Restaurants who care about their customers) was so abhorable that we cancelled our reservation entirely.

For a super premium cost restaurant, they hopefully will realize that how you treat customers matters to having a lasting relevance as a business.

Good luck with this business model. Perhaps Miami residents have just become accustomed to being treated like a collection of wallets to be corralled and fleeced. But I suspect this wont last.
