They don't do what they say they are going to do to help you. You just about lose your house ,because they take your money and never previode you with there sevice. They tell you NOT to pay the your morage payment,because they WILL help you get a better rate. You send all and every paper they want and still do nothing to help you. This company sucks,and NOW their asset are frozen. What now, now I am screwed by them. They have my money and mybe know way out.
