Absolutely horrid rip off. I should have checked before booking Don't make the same mistake I did. If I could give this place negative five I would they charge 48 for a manicure and pedicure with no chair, old equipment a poor color selection, poor sanitation,and the owner was a B**^*. Another place down the road only charged 49 and that came with a massage chair and exfoliating scrub.They put your feet in a luke warm old home pedicure set that doesn't even turn on. Meanwhile, you have to try to balance on a rolling chair while the manicurist balances you on her knees because they don't have a proper place for pedicures. They should not even be advertising for them, let alone charging the amount they do. It was ridiculous and they should be embarrassed.



When I complained about the fact they charge the same price as nice places down the street, never raising my voice, she immediately started yelling at me cutting me off and threatened to call the cops when I told her I refused to pay that.



I am not cheap, or rude, and I feel bad that the manicurist won't get a tip because I refused to pay more than what I had to. It is completely ridiculous that 1) they charge that much it's not worth more than 20. 2) They don't respect the customer's valid complaints about the quality of service.
