Provided by YP.comBeware of Renters Paradise Realty they are a bait and switch advertising real estate rental office. They advertise apartments that they say are available but when I walk in there door they told me it got rented I had my brother call later that day and he was told that it was available and to come into see it. When I moved into my apartment that I found with Keller Williams Realty I meet a girl that told me even worse things like they kept her deposit when she was looking for a place and would not return it no matter what she tried I felt so bad for her she was even crying when she told me. Later on that night I called my oldest brother who is an attorney and asked him what she could do he said to report them that it sounds very unethical for them to advertise fake property and take her deposits. So I gave her the information my brother gave me and thought I should share if you are having troubles he said they will get you your money back and make sure they dont do this to more people. Contact DBPR - Division of Real Estate this is the complaint number 1.866.532.1440. make a complaint must be in writting it says and just wait and see you will get your money back 100%. Just do and sit back with a smile that someone is looking out for you.
Hope this helps if you are having a problem with them God Bless.

Provided by YP.comPlease do not rent from this company. There are very corrupt and will take advantage of you. I left that place cleaner and in better condition than when I moved in. I called for repairs to get done and took pictures of the poor maintenance issues for proof. Ridiculous stuff like the shower head being held to the wall by tape, holes in the wall covered up by tape, holes in the screens of the window covered by napkins with safety pins! Plus, someone in the office used the extra key to break in and steal things. When I confronted them about it, they acted like it was a burglar when there was no sign of forced entry. They refused to change the locks so I had to do it myself. My security deposit was $1200. I got less than $400 back. When I called to dispute it and asked for a list of the charges (which they have to provide by law), they accused me of harassment! They told me if I had a problem with them, I could take it up in small claims court. I have notified schools in the area to prevent future students from being taken advantage of. Please save yourself a living nightmare and do not rent from this corrupt company.
