So far, I'm not that impressed with this management company. They're relatively new to our condo building so I don't feel any negative or positive comments are warranted yet. However, time will tell.

Horrible service, staff that cheats and lies. Horrible experience with Royal. The good reviews you see are fake accounts written by Royal themselfs to compensate for the horrible reputation they have. Keep doing your research to find out more.
