STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. My car was damaged by a nearby hotel so the hotel got me a rental car with Signature, I had to use my debit card as a security deposit. As the hotel was late paying the bill of the rental they charged me the full amount of the rental, but when they received the payment from the hotel, instead of crediting the amount of the rental back to my card they processed another charge, so they got 3 times the amount of the rental, twice by me once by the hotel. A bunch of crooks very unhelpful and rude.

Lured me in with a cheap daily rate of $40 a day. They picked me up at the hotel which was nice, but at the office I felt very rushed and unimportant to them. They kept my drivers license and I drove to the Keys and back without it, but were good enough to drop it off at my hotel. I said i wanted to bring the car back after office hours, and they instructed me how to do it. Apparently noone noted this and I was charged for an extra 2-3 days, plus parking citations, since it sat in a lot. They are supposed to credit my account, (for only 2 days, I still am paying the citations) but I'm still waiting for it after playing phone tag FOR WEEKS. Don't waste your time with people like this.
