The worst experience ever, $25.00 down the drain after I take my brand new car to get a simple car wash and the result was all dirty, uneven and even without armor-all. Have no idea why the call themselves Finest, this is not even close to a luxury service at all. Never again, and will not recommend anyone to take there car to this careless people.

The guys at the car wash try very hard, The managers are very attentive and they try to be very consistent, There prices are very reasonable starting at $18. I Have had them detail my car and they did a superb job and at the same time I had my car tinted. The managers are very knowledgeable and are eager to help with any advise on your vehicle. I recently moved into the neighborhood and would recommend to anybody who visits, lives or works in Miami Beach. They have a nice outside patio and inside has airconditioning

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THE...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR CAR! I went during the day and had my mail hidden under the mat of the back seat. After a 20 minute wash, left and noticed once I got home that my mail was OPENED and now directly on the back seat with my bank statements open and my CREDIT CARD GONE with the envelope TORN IN HALF. Drove back to the car wash, called the police, the managers were INDIFFERENT, extremely unhelpful and could care less. The officer reviewed surveillance which was blurry and couldn't provide anything. After an hour of everyone denying it, one employee magically emptied a large garbage bin with my credit card at the bottom. During all of this I had to make sure no one was attempting to activate or make charges with my card, which Im sure they did but failed. The manager BLAMED me and told me that "Well if they did use your card the furthest they could use it would be the gas station, and its our word vs. yours." DESPICABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Bad, Poor, Expensive......

I use to be a regular client a year ago, the Management staff was friendly, and helpfull BUT NOW...... I came back again from New York and the new people and service are "TERRIBLE"; at the beggining I ask if the place was sold but not, same owner but not the same place. Only ONE guy from previous management remain and is the only good one (a small guy from El Salvador).

No quality control, Management is poor, the place looks dirty, too expensive for the kind of service they provide now, before it was ok because service was great but NOW...........

Poor business move by owner...... " your place use to be GREAT".

At the time you came to the car wash our air conditioner was not working properly and since has been repaired. As for the guest area we have changed it a bit. We have been working hard on improving our quality of service. Slow and they use dirty chamois cloth

I went here and couldnt believe it - they just keep re-using the same chamois cloth and squeezing water out. That's terrible for the paint. The manager had no clue when I asked him why. These guys are busy as they are the only game. Stay away and go to Miami side for a real car wash.

without a doubt The BEST Car wash EVER, they also did my windows tinted and came out VERY GOOD
