Im so upset , in mid December 2011 I took my iPhone there to get the home button fixed, they charged me $65.00 and asked me to leave the phone there for 2 hrs , allegedly that was the time they need to remove the one that was not working and to replace it with a new one. 2 hrs later I got my phone back and went home with it working well. yesterday 1/15/12 I drop it and the screen broke , so i took it to an apple technician to get it repaired , they open the phone in front of me and THEY FOUND OUT THAT SEVERAL PARTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND CHANGED FOR NON ORIGINALS AND THAT THERE WERE MANY SCREWS MISSING!!! they also told me that replacing the home button only take about 15 minutes!! not 2 hrs.. I'm so pissed these guys are taking the original parts from the iPhones and replacing them with fakes . this needs to stop I'm taking legal action tomorrow.
