I have been going to the Dog House for a few years now and missed a morning appointment there. I apologized and asked the woman there if I could reschedule and come in the morning before work and if they would be able to start working on my dog right away or if he would have to wait a while (which they have done a few times in the past) the woman wouldn't give me an answer and then put me on hold to complain to the owner about the fact that I missed my morning appointment. I heard the entire thing! He then answered the phone and in a very polite way I said that I didn't think their conversation was too professional. He started yelling at me saying, "if you make a morning appointment, you show up.. What if it was a Doctor's appointment!!!!!" He went on and on. I was in shock that he was yelling at me and telling me that I was basically irresponsible. I hung up the phone because I don't need that! Especially after giving them very good business for years now.

I'm sorry but I am not a morning person and getting to work in time is more important then getting my dog groomed on the 1 day of the week they have available.



Horrendous!!!!!! I will never step foot into that shop ever again!!!!!! Never in my life was I yelled at, talked down to, criticized, or spoken about by a "professional" grooming company the way that I was today... And I was polite....



I am still shaken up by that experience!!!!
