Sandra was very helpful. I can’t stress enough how this person went above and beyond to assist me on my properties. I’m from California and invested in 2 properties in Miami. This permit assistant went to meetings, scheduled my inspections and even met with inspectors on several occasions when my GC was unable to make it on time. For one of my properties she drove about 3 hours away to pick up a set of plans on a 1 day notice at no extra charge. Amazing!

I am very disappointed. At first Sandra seemed to be very helpful and reliable. She filed my permit but neglected to tell me that the building department rejected the NOC due to it being filed before the permit was pulled. My customer is from up north which makes getting a new one very difficult. I would have been able to re-file that NOC however she never mailed it back to me. I called her on Thursday August 31st asking her about the NOC but she couldn't give me a straight answer. She promised she would take it in on Tuesday, Sept 6th but this has not happened and she has not returned any of my calls or emails. This has set my job back nearly two weeks. Would not recommend.

A permit was by far one of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. Sandra was very informative, efficient and expedited all my paperwork! Sandra at A Permit Expeditors was simply amazing... we needed a tent permit and a special event permit, and from the beginning to the end Sandra made the whole process seamless. I am from North Carolina and many of these permits require you to be there in person which was not feasible for me. Sandra was able to get all of my permits and she did it in a timely, relatively inexpensive manner. A Permit Expeditors is a great company to work with!
