This company promises you the world, but then when fails to provide you service WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT!!!! Steer clear of this company. I am still waiting for my refund from February 13, 2010 of $300.00 for a deposit I put down for the transportation of my vehicle and was called a month before scheduled pick up and told they couldn't find a driver to do the transport for the contracted price and wanted more money....I cancelled and found another company to do the job. American Direct is not refunding my $300.00 deposit nor are they answering my calls or letters......
