American Airlines is the LAST airline I will ever consider whenever I have to fly somewhere again. They cannot even transport a BIG red suitcase with tags and barcodes from Miami to Tampa without losing it. Trying to call anyone to get some action is pointless. You get the same run-around everywhere and from everone you talk to. No one can actually give you a straight answer on any question you may have. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! After 24hours they still don't have a clue of the whereabouts of my luggage. Ridiculous! If they let me walk around the luggage area in Miami, I probably could have found it in 5 minutes. I hate poor customer service and incompetence! They nickel & dime you and make as if they're doing you a huge favor by letting you on their plane. I would rather walk a thousand miles than ever fly with AA again!
