I have ben buying their crackers (Deliciosas) for quite some time and for me, they have been the most delicious crackers I have ever tasted anywhere, very tender, very tasty. However, lately their crackers are not as thin, as delicious or as tender as they used to be. If they don't go back making them the way they were made before, they are going to lose a lot of their customers. I, for example will think twice and examine them well before buying them again. In all my years as a customer in general, I have seen so many businesses that for one reason or another, the quality of their product goes down instead of going up or at least staying the way they were. None of this surprises me anymore. That's the reason why I gave them only three stars, otherwise I would have given them five stars or more if that was possible. I really hope they can change back to what they were before since their crackers were truly delicious.

The best Cuban Crackers I have ever eaten .They are always crispy and fresh . Great with butter or guava and cheese. Delicious.
