very good at what he does. takes a while to get your stuff back but you dont have much to pick from down here

I have bowhunted all over the lower 48. I have been in bow shops from Upper Pennsylvania to New Mexico, from Alabama to Oregon. I have never encountered a bow smith as knowledgeable as John or as helpful as John. He is a fair and honest man who really knows his stuff. His expertise is helpful for beginners as well as accomplished archers. Simply put. He is the best. You can count on John Waterhouse (the owner). He is an incredibly knowledgable and skilled Bowsmith. He will take the time to do exactly what you need, and probably won't charge you enough. You can go anywhere and buy archery equipment from salesmen that think they know archery, but John has been doing this for a least the 30 years I've been buying from him, and doing it well. When I need work done, I wait until I can drive 350 miles to Miami to see John. Yes, he's that good! Also, John voluteers to teach kids and new archers FOR FREE at the Miami Springs Optimist Club.
