Honestly have had an amazing customer service experience! This is the only company I have worked with that will answer my calls, emails, etc. at any time of the day. The whole staff gets along well, which makes the whole process a lot easier. I seriously do not understand how there are bad reviews about this company. Try it for yourself, you won't regret it and you'll have everything in no time! My family and I have multiple custom tags (GO NOLES) through them on top of all the other work they do!

If you are after receiving the absolute worst customer service of your lifetime - then definitely go to Aventura tags! They are very consistent with treating you like garbage. You will get it EVERY encounter - whether its persona visit or a phone call. Amazing ability to displease a customer.

Beware of the sneaky, dishonest management with surprise-hidden charges at the privately owned Aventura Tag Agency.!!!!!!!

Total price for $2500 worth car with new plates, registration and title transfer -$709.00!

which is about $121.00 overcharged compare to government DMV office(place where you would go for traffic court).

$10 cash to notarize a form.

Surprising 3% charge of your total bill -in case using debit or credit card( after you went through the whole process).

Plus dishonest actions from the management:

-when I asked to show me the sign where it said that there will be 3% extra charge when payed with credit/debit card, the lady manager, IN FRONT OF MY EYES, ordered security guard to put the 3% charge sign next to the service window where I was attended for the past 30 min, claiming that I didn't see it before!!!

And denying that it wasn't there before!!!

Than, I witnessed copies of the sign were placed over the office.

Manager of Aventura Tag Agency rudely suggested to me to cancel the transaction, and to drive to the bank to get cash, so we can start all over again the process.

Regardless of the polices in privately owned companies, it was a dirty and dishonest way to deal with the issue, playing with the customers trust and their valuable time.

Hope that my negative experience at the Anetura Tag Agency will help you to save your hard-earned money, and also will help Aventura Tag Agency to improve their customer service relationship with their customers. PEACE
