on 12/31/17 a pipe burst in my apartment and since this belonged to the building they paid for fixing the plumbing and wall damaged by the flood. However, the baseboard was left pending and in order to accommodate my tenants, I bought it and had installed and painted. This cost me $60 for the installation and $21.39 for the baseboard. Enclosed are the corresponding receipts. I have been trying to get reimbursed for this amount, which has to be assumed by them and since 2/26/18, date on which I wrote to them, they have not even given me the courtesy of a reply. I am reporting them for negligence and non-fullfilment of their obligations
