I literally lost 25 pounds in 35 days. If I were any bigger I would have lost more. I have yo yo dieted for a long time with gym, diets etc. I did exercise classes and always had my protein shakes and brown rice, bread, salads etc. I have always though, never really been able to lose just fat and wear smaller size jeans for example. It was always so slow losing weight.

With this diet I literally went down from 24% to 14% body fat. This is literally remarkable and all my friends couldnt believe it. I have never had so many Facebook comments ever! I have enjoyed shopping especially when I dropped from a 36 to 32 size jeans.

I lost only fat and not muscle, this was the major reason why I decided to do the program and I definitely did the right choice. I have more energy, feel great, and an even rocking libido as side effects. Honestly what is there more to say? Just go there and lose the weight once and for all!

I lost weight with this Clinic. My wife lost weight, my friends are on the program and I cannot think of more helpful Dieticians. I don't think I should mention names but I really appreciate what they did for us.
