BPA provides engineering solutions for our clients' diverse needs. Founded in 1991 by Mr. Brindley B. Pieters, P.E., BPA continues to offer professional civil and structural engineering services along with construction management and inspection services to an impressive list of repeat clients, which include city, county, and state agencies as well as private firms. BPA's staff of professionals includes registered professional engineers trained in civil, structural, drainage, and transportation disciplines, construction management and cost estimating, CAD/technical specialists, and administrative personnel.
