The advertisement said "Newly Remodeled"...by far! The tubs were spray painted and the base boards were painted, the walls painted, but yet the everything was "remodeled"...My apartment had termites, and eventhough I complained several times, we had to take action in order to avoid having the little wings and dead termites all over. We can't leave the drain of the tub open because cockroaches crawl in throught their, and there was a period that we were infested. It was us who had to figure out where they were coming from in order to tell the maintainence people were to fix the problem. The heater barely works. The garbage collectors pick up and make a mess and there is no one...I mean ZERO people to clean up. The security or lack of is horrendous! The washers break down at least once a weak and the dryers burn and stain the clothes, let's not mention how dirty the laundry rooms are. The garden areas are fumigated however there are garden snakes everywhere. The landscape is maintained by a company who after cutting the grass and bushes blows the remains into the same landscape. So now I am here, stuck with several more months and dreading living here. This is hell on earth. Do NOT move in here!!!! I almost forgot! The addition they made was closing the balconies and creating an extra room, which in summer the AC doesn't reach it and in winter it's freezing!
