I have always had excellent experiences at this store. The prices, selection and quality of the merchandise are outstanding. The other day I bought a lightly-used authentic Miami Hurricanes Jersey for my son for $12!!! where else would you find kid's clothes for that price? The owners and staff were there and they could not have been more helpful.

This is a great store that has everything you may need for your children at great prices. I always find great things at fabulously low prices every time i go in. I highly recommend it.

The Children's Exchange may very well be one of the sole remaining places in this city where fashion can still be had at an amazing premium. They have truly epitomized the "spend less yet get more" paradigm seemingly crucial for working families to navigate through this depressed economy we all face.



One need look no further than the new owners to realize why this store has grown by leaps and bounds to provide a much improved product for the customer and, more importantly (perhaps i'm a little biased), a higher return for their consignors. As a long-time customer/consignor, I was growing disappointed in the fact that the prior ownership presented a store that simply had a huge disproportion of old, worn and faulty or defective products when compared to those articles actually worth buying. The old adage of finding a needle in a haystack could not have been more appropriate.



Luckily, such is not the case any longer. The new owners have provided the ultimate in face-lifts and breathed new life and vibrance into a fleeting prospect with their caring, compassion and honest approach to providing the best experience for their clients/consignors.



I felt the need to respond to a prior posting because it truly baffles me when people try and take advantage of the sweet and innocent. I have been there when people like this come in with bags and bags of decrepid and worthless clothes (which are fit for donation but certainly not for consignment) and are then insulted when their clothes are sifted through and 3/4 are returned or donated to charity. THE CHILDREN'S EXCHANGE IS NOT A FLEA MARKET!! These kinds of people are much better suited for the old Flagler dog track on Sundays.



Should you feel the need to stretch your dollars and frequent a store where you will be treated with the utmost respect and empathy...look no further than your friendly neighborhood consignment shop...I promise you will certainly like what you find!!!!

The new owners have ruined the store. I hate the new atmosphere and the prices are outrageous. They only accept a limited number of "brand names" and then charge a fortune because of the label. They seem to have forgotten that they are a consignment shop and think they are a high end boutique.

As a long time customer and consignor, I have always loved this store! They have great clothing at amazing prices and as a mom (of 4 kids) I love knowing I'm getting a little money back for my items. I've always had a positive experience with the new owners and adore how they've renovated the store!!!

Be careful with the new owners. With the old owners you could leave items and go back months later to pick up your money, it would always be waiting for you. The new owners kept my money even-though they had made an agreement when they purchased the store to honor all the old customers that had money in their account. These people can not be trusted.



Shame on them. We are not used to this kind of people in our neighborhood.
