Great service. we had a raid 5 crash and tried recovering the date in house -- we were only able to recover about 20% of it. We took the drives to CBA and they were able to recover closer to 85% of the data. I would definitely recommend these guys -- they make sure to get the job done no matter what it takes.

Very quick service. I was extremely worried when my RAID 5 array crashed a few weeks ago. I had all of my companies financial information saved on those drives. The second I spoke to one of their representatives they put me at ease. They told me it wouldn’t be a problem that they would get my data. They delivered on their promise and fully recovered my data three days later. Thank you, you guys are lifesavers!

I am a small business owner and I import goods from Asia. I put all my information on a laptop and backup all data every two weeks to the external USB hard drive. One day in last month when I started my computer, the internal hard drive made clicking noises and my computer stopped working. “Fortunately”, I thought, I had a copy of my data on the USB hard drive backed four days ago. One of my friends, who is a computer expert to me, bought me a new hard drive, installed a fresh copy of Windows, and then copied the data back. But all the files could not be opened because they had been encrypted. I went to Bestbuy, Circuit City and Tigerdirect and was told the encryption key must be recovered from the clicking disk but they did not do data recovery. One of them referred me to Computer Based Associations.

I would say you guys are awesome. The disk was fixed in the clean room and the key and all the data were recovered. Thanks a lot.

I had over five years of medical data in the hard drive in my pc. I needed the data back quickly because I had surgery to perform on a patient in two days and I needed a file on the drive. Without this data I would have to postpone the surgery to evaluate the patient again to receive some important information about the patient. I was waiting outside Computer Based Associates when they came in the morning. They had my data back to me by lunch. You guys are angels!
