Terrible customer service ! They called to say installation would be at 9am. I finally called them back 9:20 to ask what happened, and was told the crew to install would call me back. No phone call...at 10 am I call the company and ask what happened, and he said well maybe they would get there in 2 hours. I said "shouldn't you have called me back ?" He said why ? I still have no idea if they will install or not, and at what time. I cancelled a business meeting and am not left here waiting to see if they will do it at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
