Provided by SuperpagesI purchased a 5.1 Home Theater System with Dvd Player and the remote doesn't work. I called Customer Service 7 times in the last 4 days. No one ever calls me back. Very bad Customer Service. I will NEVER buy anything from them again! STAY AWAY from Craig Electronics!!!
