Very awful experience. I dropped a jacket with a couple of coffee stains for dry cleaning. The jacket came back to me even dirtier. When I asked them about it and asked them to wave the charge $17.... the owner got all crazy and held the jacket hostage. Horrible! I wanted to pay with credit card. Their store says clearly you can pay with credit card for purchases over $10 and... she declined. When I complained and wanted my cloths back, they even called the police. Luckily I had cash to pay and get the hell out of there. Horrible!!!! They don't deserve to have a license. They deserve to close. I am filing claims in all possible consumer agencies. I am filing a complaint in the BBB. They will give me my money back for sure.

Terrible service. I tried to call them to file a complaint and arrive to a mutually convenient agreement. When they picked up the phone, they hang up on me.

Great way of doing business. I have cancelled all my AMEX credit card charges with them. AMEX protects consumers from business like this one.
