Our company separates itself from the rest of the market by being “the right fit” for you. Smaller commercial appraisal firms will not have the capacity, database & resources, or experience with every property type and the means to operate in multiple locations even in the same state to satisfy your needs. At the same time, larger commercial appraisal firms assign their trainees to do the job, trainees with an obvious lack of experience. Some of the bigger names charge “brand” fees and have unreasonable commercial appraisal costs due to their huge shared (appraisal, management, brokerage etc.) overhead. We stand at the place where our appraisals are performed by licensed experts. Not being affiliated with a brokerage firm we can be unbiased and provide commercial appraisal and consulting services only at the right cost in which we do not include “brand” fees and any such costs that come with larger national companies commingled with other brokerage firms.
