Worst Dairy Queen EVER. Yesterday was Free Cone Day, but not really. Thanks for "surprising and delighting" this loyal customer, DQ!



I went through the drive-thru, waited 30 min., and "John" said cones were inside only. I said forget it but was still stuck in line another 15 min.



At the window, John (who looks like a homeless guy with a 6" long beard that should NOT be near food) said there was a sign on the speaker. Oh, the speaker I got to after 30 min. of waiting in line?? Last year, customers were scamming them by going through both drive-thru / lobby.



Well, if this is what they think of their customers, they shouldn't even be dealing with the public. NOT ALL CUSTOMERS WILL STEAL YOUR PRECIOUS CONES, JOHN. Paranoid much? And they should include their rules in their ads! So 45 min. wasted, and they wanted me to wait inside even longer, and no apology! Just nasty attitudes and horrible cust. service. NEVER again! Besides, I wouldn't want to risk finding John's hair in my food!
