We assist married couples, cohabitating couples including same-gender couples) to resolve their family law issues before or instead of going directly to court. Instead of fighting it out, the parties meet for confidential mediation, usually as a couple, sometimes with their attorney or advisor. We review all of the options regarding property rights, child issues including time sharing and support as well as parenting issues, alimony. In the end, if an agreement is reached on some or all of the issues, we can prepare a binding agreement for the parties along withh other required court documents (all on Florida Supreme Court Approved Forms) .The parties can file the documents with the Oourt or have their attorney review it. In the end, if you go to court from the beginning, the Judge will require you to mediate before deciding the case. By mediating first, you will resolve some or all of your issues.
