I brought my car in to get a new radiator. Not only did they run me around for a whole day, even though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and was told it would only take 2 hours, but they proceeded to break the temperature sensor in the process. They didn't tell me about it and just left the wire hanging there. When I finally brought it back, there was no hint of apology. They asked me to come back once, which I did, and then the mechanic proceeded to imply that it was like that before I brought it in. They then told me to come back again, but I had enough.
