After shirts not available on time, I was told that I could pick up in airport Doral location. I asked to be absolutely sure and confirmed 3 times by phone. When I arrived at Doral location, they did not have my shirts ready.



I had to buy new clothes and was out a lot of time chasing my shirts.



Not only did they not deliver on what they promised initially. When I asked for a manager, they tried to push off the problem on another location and lied to me about confirming that they were ready in Doral.



A mistake I can deal with , but this complete disregard for customers makes this a place that I can never return.



It is too bad because it is the closest cleaner to my house.



Basil's Tailor is next door and will handle dry cleaning.

I went to have my king size comforter washed they refused to take it because my dog had a little accident on it the night before...The lady came up with this lame excuse that the machine wasn't big enough etc...after she had told me that it wouldn't be an issue...If you can't get your comforter washed because of dog pee... then when can you get it washed?

Very bad service!!!!
