Terrible costumer service. Made an appointment for me and my daughter for 10:00 a.m on Saturday for mani-pedi. We got there on time and there was nobody available to provide us with the service that we requested. When I called to book the appointment I requested the earliest appointment available since we had a ceremony to attend at noon. I left the place at 12 after having my toes in the water for more that an hour with out getting not even the manicure done. The lack of respect of the manicurist who "did not wanted to work in a rush" after showing up to work almost an hour later was very disappointing. This was not the first time that i visit the salon nor the first time that I show up after making an appointment and the manicurist is not available. I do not recommend this salon to anybody. Especially if you value your time and prefer to be prefer to be treated with respect .

Excelent customer service. Elna is very good with coloring. Blow dry etc. I will always come back and refer to my friends and family

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My nails are all crooked, the paint job was disgusting, and the savage doing my nails kept hurting me and cutting me and making me bleed. Do not come here unless that's what you like.
