DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! They are rude, unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. I went in to get an ombre-blonde style, and the girl left my hair brassy and orange. I went back for them to fix, and the lady added more bleach and a toner that left my hair green and ashy looking. Since, she knew that they ruined the color, they insisted on adding a solid dark color to correct the mistake. The final results now is that my hair has lost it's natural curls and my hair is now fried and ruined. When I called to ask for my money, they insulted me by saying that I was trying to be like an American girl (with blue eyes and blonde hair) and Latina girls like myself have naturally dark hair. Not only was I insulted by them, but they refused to return my money because she insisted that she didn't have the money to return to me. I am completely dissatisfied and cannot believe how they insulted me because they insinuated I wanted to be American.

This place is the best for guys hair as well. Check them out and you shouldn't be disappointed.

This is one of the best beauty salons in Miami-Dade County. The greatest cosmetologists I have ever had to deal with. The owner is really nice and will go out of her way to give you the best service possible. I get my hair done with Elizabeth who is super knowledgeable and friendly. My nails with Isaniris who is just plain wonderful, sweet and a super nails artist. I highly recommend Elsa's Beauty Salon to all!! A++++++
