I live by and believe the old addage; "business goes where business is welcome". After placing my first order @ a yr. ago, I really thought I was going to enjoy doing buisness w/ this company. Well, how terribly WRONG I was! After having to return a display rack for sunglasses beacause of a evident defect, the owner REFUSED to return my shipping fees, which were not cheap! Their written "Guarantee & Terms" mean absolutely ZERO! The Terms state if your product is defective, they will gladly reimburse your s&h! I was VERY nice and also wrote a 2 page letter @ this problem and, also spoke with the disgruntled lets just put it, JERK ___ of an owner! I had no doubt in my mind, that this would definately be abled to be worked out and that their will be no problems after speaking directly to the owner. Well, was I WRONG!!! I also told them I was recommended to them from another Florida customer who does big volume and spends A LOT of their hard earned money with this co. I would warn you about! "CAVEAT EMPTOR" on this company! Which means, BUYER BEWARE!!! Do yourself a BIG favor and save yourself a headache and a ding to your wallet! They know they are selling defective sunglass display units and keep profiting at your expense!!! Totally unacceptable shady business practices!!! Shame on them...I'll just have to see if they are a member of the B.B.B.! and maybe contact the ATTORNEY GENERALS office, because this nonsence has to be stopped! By the way, this company would not even get 1/8 of a star rating from me! STAY AWAY!!!
